Everyone's time is important to them, and rightly so.  We treat our training with the same importance, so come to a place where the classes matter as much as you and your time does.

We appreciate and understand that you make the effort to come in, so we will make the effort to give you the best training possible.  Whether for competition or for fun.....we know what needs to be done.

We hold classes and are open during prime hours (5p-9p) Mon-Thursday with an open mat on Saturdays from (12p-3p)

Our class schedule is intentionally kept basic. We don't want to overwhelm or overcharge members with micro-servicing. Classes are broken down into two categories; striking (boxing/kickboxing) and grappling (jiu-jitsu/submission wrestling). While these are listed as independent, both classes offer crossover into the other. For example, the kickboxing and boxing classes offer ways of dealing with grappling-type of situations and in turn the jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling classes offer methods of dealing with striking.

No matter which is your flavor; standing and striking, take downs and grappling, striking and submitting, counter wrestling, self-defense, competition, fighting, or exercise and fitness, our classes touch upon all aspects.
